Prof. Ziv Mazor is a periodontist in private practice limited to periodontics and implant dentistry in Ra'anana, Israel, and Past President of the Israeli Periodontal Society.

He specializes in bone augmentation and sinus floor elevation techniques for implant site development, an area in which he has conducted clinical research since 1993.

He is a graduate of the Periodontal Department at Hadassah School of Dental Medicine in Jerusalem, where he formerly served as Clinical Instructor, and he holds an appointment as Associate Professor at Titu Maiorescu University in Bucharest, Romania. He is also a continuing-education faculty member at New York University and lectures internationally for organizations including Noris Medical and the Osseodensification Academy.

He holds membership in the American Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration, the European Federation of Periodontology, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and serves on the editorial boards of several international dental journals.

At Dental Leaders Academy, he teaches advanced surgical protocols for bone augmentation and sinus grafting.
