Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Dental Leaders ("Education Avenue SRL", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy or our practices regarding your personal information, please contact us at office@dentaleaders.com.

We take your privacy very seriously. This privacy policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.

This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our websites, mobile applications, and any related services, sales, marketing, or events (collectively referred to as the "Services").

1. What Information Do We Collect?

1.1 Personal Information You Provide

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when registering for an account, purchasing courses or masterclasses, subscribing to our services, or contacting us. This includes:

Communication Data: Records of correspondence when you contact us, including email content, support requests, and feedback.

1.2 Information Automatically Collected

Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and language preferences.

Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, click patterns, and navigation paths through our websites.

Analytics Data: We operate our own analytics system (DLA Analytics) which collects page views, session duration, visitor counts, and geographic location data (country level, derived from IP address). This data is stored on our own servers and is not shared with third-party analytics providers.

Session Recordings: When enabled, we may record anonymized session replays of user interactions (mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, page content) to improve user experience and identify usability issues. Recordings are stored for a maximum of 7 days and are automatically deleted. Sensitive fields such as passwords and payment inputs are excluded from recordings. Session recordings are limited to a configurable storage cap and are never shared with third parties.

Course Progress Data: Video watch progress, quiz results, lesson completion status, and certificate generation records for educational content you access through our platform.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve our Services:

Essential Cookies: Required for account authentication, session management, security (CSRF/nonce tokens), and shopping cart functionality. These cannot be disabled.

Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, display preferences, and course progress.

Analytics Cookies: Our own DLA Analytics cookies track page views and session information to help us understand how our websites are used. We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party tracking services for general website analytics.

Caching Cookies: We use SpeedyCache to improve website performance. These cookies store temporary page data to reduce load times.

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using certain features of our Services.

3. Push Notifications

With your explicit consent, we may send you browser push notifications about course updates, new content, special offers, and account-related information. Push notifications use the VAPID (Voluntary Application Server Identification) web standard. You can opt out of push notifications at any time through your browser settings or through your account dashboard. Your push subscription data (endpoint URL and encryption keys) is stored on our servers and deleted when you unsubscribe.
