Dr. Sebastian Tseng is an orthodontist and implant surgeon maintaining specialist practices in Taipei, Taiwan, and Shanghai, China, where his practice focuses on orthodontics, dental implants, and full-mouth rehabilitation.

He earned his BDS from Chung Shan Medical University, his DDS from New York University College of Dentistry, completed specialist training in orthodontics and pediatric dentistry at the University of Michigan, and holds an MBA from National Taiwan University.

He has served as active chairman of the Asia Pacific Academy of Implant Dentistry and as Chairman of its 6th Annual International Congress, and holds Diplomate status with both the Asia Pacific Academy of Implant Dentistry and the Academy of Oral Implantology of the Republic of China. He is a clinical assistant professor at Taipei Medical University, sits on the International Advisory Committee for Continuing Dental Education at NYU College of Dentistry, serves as president of the NYU College of Dentistry Alumni Association in Taiwan, and is a member of the International College of Dentistry.
