Leopold Ajami is a leadership communication strategist, ethical persuasion expert and global speaker who helps leaders design a clear, credible voice that amplifies their real value. He is a Cialdini Licensed Ethical Persuasion Trainer, a founding member and official partner of the Cialdini Institute, and a certified speaking coach trained directly under Dr. Robert Cialdini, the world’s leading authority on influence.
Born in Lebanon and based in Dubai, Leopold spent most of his early career in advertising, marketing and branding, working as a creative director and filmmaker, including on productions with internationally known actors. That experience, of turning ideas into stories people remember, is the foundation of his work today.
At the core of his method is the Ph.C System, a proprietary framework integrating Philosophy, Creativity and Communication, designed to help leaders gain clarity, communicate with integrity and influence without manipulation. He is the founder of the Novel Philosophy Academy and co-host of the Ideas on Trial podcast, and his work focuses on ethical persuasion, public speaking, thought leadership and strategic communication that drives trust, alignment and meaningful action.
A professional speaker, author and consultant, Leopold has trained CEOs, founders and creative leaders in over 15 countries and co-authored How to Hear Yes More Often, a practical guide to ethical influence in business and leadership. His approach equips leaders to be heard, differentiated and trusted, so their ideas lead to real impact.
