Dr. Stephen Wallace is a periodontist in private practice in Waterbury, Connecticut, and an Associate Professor on the faculty of the New York University Department of Implant Dentistry.

His clinical and research focus is sinus augmentation surgery, bone regenerative materials and dental implant placement.

He is a 1971 graduate of Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry's periodontics program, a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantology and a Fellow of the Academy of Osseointegration. He has authored an evidence-based review of the sinus augmentation procedure in the Annals of Periodontology along with more than 25 journal articles and book chapters.

At Dental Leaders Academy, he teaches evidence-based protocols for sinus and implant surgery.
