Black Diamond Membership Package Features:


  1. The Black Diamond Membership package includes a 4K resolution video camera, an NFC card, a customized working model, and a QR code providing access to a selection of online workshops tailored to the model included in the package.
  2. Given the customized nature of the working models for online workshops, the Black Diamond Membership package can be delivered within a maximum of 15 working days from the confirmation of purchase.
  3. Each NFC card within the package will contain personalized customer information, including full name, email address, phone number, and a list of relevant online workshops associated with the model. Customers can request further customization of the NFC card by contacting office@dla.dental.
  4. Customers have the option to return the package within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that its integrity remains intact.


Annual Renewal of Black Diamond Membership:


  1. The Black Diamond Membership offers an annual renewal option at a fee of 249 euros per year.
  2. Upon renewal, clients are granted access to an additional complimentary online workshop. To select the desired workshop, clients must notify us via email at office@dls.dental within 15 calendar days from the renewal date. Failure to exercise this option within the specified timeframe will result in the client being assigned a workshop at random.
  3. Upon renewing their Black Diamond Membership subscription, customers will not receive a new initial package.


Participation in Online Workshops:


  1. Attendance at an online workshop is contingent upon prior purchase of a Black Diamond Membership subscription.
  2. The scheduling of online workshops is subject to change, with updates communicated as soon as dates are finalized.
  3. To ensure access to all required materials for the online workshop, customers must refrain from registering for sessions occurring less than 30 days from the date of purchase.
  4. Following the purchase of a Black Diamond Membership subscription, customers can freely enrol in one of the workshops listed on the product page.
  5. Each online workshop includes a video course covering relevant theoretical aspects of the workshop. It is advisable for participants to review this material prior to the workshop date.
  6. Participants will receive via email, 15 days before the workshop commences, a list of necessary dental instruments for participation.
  7. The theoretical course for each workshop will be accessible in participants’ accounts 15 days before the scheduled workshop date, accompanied by automatic email notifications.
  8. Participants may revisit the theoretical course and workshop recordings within their account without incurring additional charges.
  9. Black Diamond Membership subscribers have the option to subsequently participate, for a fee, in any other online workshop associated with the model received in their initial package.
  10. Subscribers can also join online workshops not originally assigned to their received model by purchasing the necessary model separately.
  11. Additional models required for online workshops can be acquired for a fee via the dla.dental platform.
  12. Dental instruments essential for specific online workshops can be procured through the dla.dental platform.
  13. Workshop pages contain detailed information on the model type utilized, as well as the requisite tools.
  14. Certificates of participation and related DL credits will be credited to participants’ accounts within a maximum of 15 days following the workshop.



  1. How can I acquire a Black Diamond Membership package?

Black Diamond Membership packages are available for purchase directly through the Dental Leaders Academy website (https://dla.dental/). Customers can choose between card payment or bank transfer options during the checkout process.


  1. What should I do if my Black Diamond Membership package does not arrive?

If more than 30 days have elapsed since the purchase date and the package has not been received, please contact us at office@dla.dental for assistance. Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will investigate the issue with the courier company to determine the cause of the delay. Subsequently, a new delivery attempt will be arranged. We endeavour to align the delivery schedule with any workshops participants may be registered for; however, if the package cannot be delivered in time for a specific workshop, participants may need to select an alternative workshop date.


  1. Replacement of Working Models with Manufacturing Defects

In the event that a working model exhibits a manufacturing defect impacting the seamless execution of the workshop, it will be promptly replaced. Notifications regarding such defects should be directed to office@dla.dental at least 15 days prior to the workshop’s commencement.

Should a defect be detected during the workshop itself, the model will be substituted, and the participant will be granted access to a new session of the workshop at no additional cost.


  1. What to Do If Unable to Attend a Paid Workshop

In the event that a registered participant is unable to attend a paid workshop, they are required to notify our office via email at office@dla.dental, indicating their inability to attend and requesting registration for an alternative workshop.

To facilitate the change, the request for the new workshop selection must be communicated at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date of the alternative workshop. Failure to adhere to this timeframe will result in the inability to make the workshop switch.

The selected alternative workshop must be among those compatible with the model initially received in the package or subsequently purchased models.


Any positive price difference resulting from the workshop change will be settled via bank transfer or credit/debit card payment upon receipt of a proforma invoice. Once payment is confirmed, the participant will be assigned to the new workshop.

Any negative price difference will not be refunded but will be retained as credit towards future purchases.

The option to change the workshop can be manifested only once.


  1. When Will I Receive Access to the Theoretical Course?

Access to the theoretical course associated with a workshop will be provided 15 days prior to the workshop’s scheduled start date. Upon granting access, an automated email notification will be dispatched to inform you of the availability.


  1. When Will I Receive the Zoom Session Access Details for the Workshop?

Access details for the Zoom session, through which the workshop will be conducted, will be dispatched via email no later than 1 day prior to the workshop date.


  1. What If the Participant’s Internet Connection Affects Workshop Participation?

Should a participant encounter difficulty conducting the workshop under optimal conditions due to a weak internet connection on their personal network, the workshop cannot be rescheduled.

  1. What Occurs If Workshop Participation is Impeded by the Speaker’s Internet Connection?

In the event that the workshop is unable to proceed smoothly due to the speaker’s poor internet connection, it will be rescheduled. Participants will be offered the opportunity to attend the rescheduled session at no additional cost.


  1. What Happens If I Am Unable to Attend a Workshop with a Changed Date?

If, due to unavoidable circumstances, the date of a workshop is altered and a participant is unable to attend, they have the option to select another session of the original workshop or opt for an alternative workshop.
